MANAGING SELF AND NOT TIME

Let's be clear, there are 24 hours in a day. You need eight of those for sleeping, at least a few spent with friends and family, and a few spent on taking care of yourself. If the remaining hours are not enough to accomplish everything on your to-do list, then you need to trim that list. Find things that can be delegated, done more efficiently, or outright cut.

Self-management is about knowing what to do at any given moment. It’s dealing effectively with the things we have to do to achieve our goals and fulfill our purpose. It’s also about deciding the importance of the varied and constant information coming at us.

It’s not our time we need to better manage it’s managing ourselves better in the time that we have. Without question our time is our most valuable resource we have in this life. And with every day that passes by me I become more aware of how truly important it is to better manage ourselves in the time that we have…especially if we want to accomplish all that we are meant to before our precious time in this life comes to an end.
